SMARTIDIOM is committed to maintaining a fair, professional environment in all relationships with suppliers, partners and clients. To achieve this goal, we have established a code of ethics which describes the practices that govern our company. This code describes the best practices established by the company to give transparent information to our stakeholders and promote straightforward, honest, fair relationships.

Code of conduct for clients

SMARTIDIOM developed its code of conduct so that all clients and partners may know its corporate philosophy. The goal is to establish ethical standards that all clients must know and accept in order to avoid any conflicts. The code addresses issues of confidentiality, protection of rights, guide to good conduct, among others. Code of conduct for suppliers/partners

We have created a code of conduct that governs all our partners so that they, along with our suppliers, act in accordance with the SMARTIDIOM philosophy. The code describes actions to be taken if a potential conflict of interest arises. All parties involved in the relationship between SMARTIDIOM and its partners should be governed by the policies and practices defined by SMARTIDIOM.
