Every year, we assess our metrics, results and, consequently, the satisfaction levels of everyone connected to SMARTIDIOM.
By now you all know that we value the satisfaction of our employees, subcontractors and clients very highly and strive to provide them all with excellence to the highest degree.
One of our goals is to keep improving, developing, growing and learning. And that applies to every area of our business!
A careful look at the 2020 survey responses we got back from clients, subcontractors and employees showed us we had a lot to smile about. It was an absolutely fantastic year!
Our employees registered satisfaction ratings of 89.71%, exceeding the results of both 2019 (85.89%) and 2018 (74.80%).
The average satisfaction registered among clients was 93.15%, which was also more than in 2019 (92.03%) and 2018 (83.20%).
And our contractors’ satisfaction also increased in 2020, reaching 89.22%, which is higher than both 2019 (88.31%) and 2018 (84.86%).
These results reflect the huge effort by and dedication of our team – and what great results they are! After all, this is what we work towards achieving, day after day!
Truth is, 2020 was a positive year for SMARTIDIOM. Though the entire team has been working remotely since March 2020, the results speak for themselves, never slipping. In fact, quite the opposite – we smashed our goals, increased productivity and are now a more united team than ever!
This has only been possible thanks to the work put in by each member of our family. And we’re not only talking about our internal team. We are honoured to be supported by a vast network of subcontractors and clients who put their trust in our work. A huge thank you to all of them.
So now we make this promise to you: we will always strive to go further and be better.
