As a company and team, we value every metric analysed. Our goal is to develop, working day after day to learn from our mistakes and improve whatever can be improved. This data shows us exactly what our people are feeling and where we can take immediate action.
After carefully assessing the 2021 satisfaction surveys sent out to customers, subcontractors, and employees, we’ve got the final results to share with you.
The average satisfaction among customers was 94.21%, which is higher than the average scored in both 2020 (93.15%) and 2019 (92.03%).
The average satisfaction among subcontractors was 89.22%, which is the same as in 2020 (89.22%) and 2019 (88.31%).
The average satisfaction among employees was 85.82%, which is slightly lower than in 2020 (89.71%) and 2019 (85.89%).
These results reflect the daily work and dedication of the SMARTIDIOM team across every process in the company. There are always areas that could be improved, of course, but that’s what we’re here for, our minds open and firm in the belief that our people deserve to be heard and cared for.
