SMARTIDIOM is conscious of the need to promote the satisfaction and motivation of its staff, as a result of that, it promotes personal and professional development policies among the in-house staff so that they are able to acquire and implement a strategic business vision as well as simple yet effective, competitive procedures and, of course, feel motivated, competent and dynamic.

In order to inspire our linguists to give their best, SMARTIDIOM is committed to the following:

Definition and broadening of tasks

SMARTIDIOM’s policy is to invest in the enrichment of the duties performed by its staff by changing the level of responsibility of tasks, creating greater challenges and increasing the degree of personal fulfilment. This enrichment of duties is based on the following five key principles:

SMARTIDIOM encourages all staff members to analyse problems and to search for solutions. Our staff members are consulted about the actions that affect them, as much as possible, i.e., they are involved in matters regarding the future of the organisation they are part of. The active participation of staff members is a way of recognising their value.
