SMARTIDIOM was founded on 31 May 2012. It was a dream come true for our CEO, Carla Gaspar. As the years have passed, SMARTIDIOM has grown, evolved and learned.
Now, after nine years, SMARTIDIOM is what we always dreamed it would be. As a team and as a company, the results have been incredible, and the team has proved itself to be strong, dedicated and enthusiastic, even in the toughest of times.
2020 was a challenging year for us all. Suddenly, our team had to work from home as the world, and our surroundings changed completely and abruptly. As incredible as it seems, and despite all these changes, the team adapted beautifully. The satisfaction of our employees and subcontractors grew during the year, as did our company results.
It was an extraordinary year in terms of results and team unity.
We are now a team fighting hard in every battle, proudly wearing the jersey and making a stand every day for this dream. This dream is SMARTIDIOM: to do more and better every day and to provide our partners with excellent language services.
We have learned a lot over the years, and how good is that! Yes, we have learned, and we want to learn much more still! That is who we are! We all want to develop, and if we get knocked down… then! We get up again. Always. This is who our people are, and this is why we see obstacles and adversity as challenges to be overcome.
The team… Our team is fantastic. Extraordinary and committed professionals who love what they do and so much more… Truly amazing hearts.
We believe in keeping up with the times, so we are proud to raise the flag of happiness at work. We want our people to be happy and fulfilled. We know that if they are, then the team and the company will be fine. Working in a place that makes us happy is all any employee wants, and this is the priority at SMARTIDIOM.
So, on this our ninth birthday, all we can say is… THANK YOU!
Thank you to our hard-working team!
Thank you to our indispensable subcontractors!
Thank you to all the partners who believe in our work every day!
Without you, this dream wouldn’t have come to fruition!
