SMARTIDIOM was ranked in the Top 20 of the happiest companies in Portugal in the Happiness Works Portugal 2023 diagnosis, which evaluates the level of happiness in organisational work and evaluates the happiest companies in Portugal to work for since 2012.

This study is developed by Happiness Works together with APG – Portuguese Association of People Management and whose main partners are Revista Exame, ACEGE, Rebelo de Sousa Advogados, Lukkap Portugal, Happy Brands and SRS Legal.

To participate in the study, companies have to meet certain requirements, and after reviewing these requirements, employees are asked to complete a survey about their workplace. Based on the answers given, the levels of organisational happiness, employee happiness with the organisation and employee happiness with their role are calculated.

The 2023 study brought together about 400 Portuguese organisations and, in the end, a ranking of the 20 companies that presented the best results was created. The table shows the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in descending order, and the remaining companies are named in alphabetical order.

SMARTIDIOM participated for the first time in the study of the happiest companies in Portugal and we were in the top 20!
