There are three ways to work with SMARTIDIOM: joining the team, collaborating as a freelancer, or bringing your company into our partner network. In all of them you'll find the same thing: clarity about what we give, what we ask, and how we work.

We're not for everyone – and that's fine. We're for people with a spark in their eyes and a drive to leave a trail of good work behind them. Here, detail matters, punctuality matters, commitment matters: our clients count on us, and we count on each other. Our side is laid out below, point by point. Yours is to give your best – not just when you feel like it; every day.
We won't promise it will always be easy. Before you apply, read the Smarties page – the house rules are there, unfiltered. If you see yourself in what you find, we want to meet you.
Internal minimum salary of €1,200.
Remote Mondays and Fridays, 7-hour Fridays, and a paid day off on your birthday.
Internal training plan + €600/year to study whatever you choose.
€500/year per employee, plus an annual performance bonus indexed to company EBITDA.
Health insurance for your household, an afternoon off on your kids' birthdays, and our "Welcome, Mini-Smartie!" policy for new Smartie parents.
25 days a year, above the legal minimum, from your first year – and one more day after 5 years with us.
Many of us started out as freelancers, so we treat you the way we wish we'd been treated: briefings and instructions as complete as possible with all the reference materials, a Project Manager with a name who replies, and payments within 30 days at most – we signed the Prompt Payment Commitment and we take it seriously. Work from wherever you like, with national and international brands.
What we ask of you is what we ask of ourselves: quality, punctuality, and an early heads-up when something gets complicated – with us, flagging it in time almost always means the deadline can be renegotiated. Good work brings more proposals. It's that simple.
We work with partner agencies and companies as an extension of our capacity: when a project calls for more scale, or a language pair outside our in-house range, we turn to the network for reinforcements. On our side you'll find Project Managers who follow each project from start to finish, processes certified to three ISO standards, and payments within 30 days – without you having to chase them.
With us, partnerships are measured in years, not projects: SMARTIDIOM's very first client, from 2012, still works with us today – and that's how we like to build relationships, on both sides of the table.
This is how we welcome everyone who joins: with a name and a face, on our channels. In a SMARTIDIOM internship you work on real projects from day one, guided by a team that loves to teach what it knows.
We make a point of being a place worth staying.
